About Our Client

Our client are seeking junior office staff or people with experience of working within an office environment for these vacancies as a matter urgency. These vacancies are available on a temporary to permanent basis.

Job Description

Duties for these roles can vary and would include;

  • Dealing with queries from customers both internal and external, both by telephone or in person
  • Verify written responses to queries from staff, clients and external agencies
  • Be responsible for the completion of all basic payroll output for allocated Payrolls and some higher level activities
  • Assisting with ad hoc tasks when required
  • Calculate over payments where necessary

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 GCSE's level A-C in English and Math's or Equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work flexibly, able to respond to increased pressure of work
  • The ability to calculate Statutory and Non Statutory deductions accurately and in accordance with the legal and organisational requirements
  • Experience of accurate data entry and validation of financial information
  • Experience in Payroll or Finance is desired but not Essential
