About Our Client

An organisation in central Swindon is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join a central finance function.

Job Description

  • To collate all the staff personal data, this will require the ability to manipulate a high volume of excel spreadsheets.
  • To format the personal data into files for uploading Payroll system
  • Assist the HRS System Team to build the Organisation Structure
  • Assist in the creation of staff posts, pay grades, pay elements, pension schemes
  • Create reports and processes to carry out verification of upload, using Business Objects and excel,

The Successful Applicant

  • Knowledge of Payroll/HR systems at administration level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be a confident and effective communicator
  • Computer literate in all MS Office packages, including excel to advance level
