About Our Client

My client is a leading business who have a large Payroll function and currently require a temporary Payroll Administrator to support the workload of the team on an ongoing basis. The company have an excellent reputation and have a fun and friendly environment.

Job Description

The Payroll Administrator vacancy will involve a variety of duties including:

  • Assisting in the processing of high volumes of timesheets received each week
  • Accurately entering payroll data assisting in the weekly and monthly payroll preparation for the company
  • Taking calls relating to Payroll Queries and escalating to the relevant staff member
  • Investigating and resolving payroll queries
  • Recording all staff paperwork and documentation required for payroll processes
  • Maintaining starter and leaver records accurately
  • Ad hoc payroll administration and time sheet processing

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have some exposure to working within a payroll environment and be accurate in high volumes of administration. You will be a confident communicator and have a strong work ethic. In return you will be rewarded with exposure to a variety of payroll functions and will be offered the scope to increase your knowledge in all things payroll.
