Job Description

As a valued member of the payroll team you will be responsible for:

  • Working collaboratively to process the payroll on time and correctly including starters, leavers, promotions, transfers, expenses, overtime and SMP, SSP & company sick pay schemes
  • Ensuring the payroll records are constantly maintained to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date
  • Dealing with RTI, pension auto-enrolment and P11Ds
  • Dealing with staff queries in a professional and timely manner

The Successful Applicant

To be a success in this role it is essential that you have proven payroll experience having worked on a large payroll and in a fast paced and busy environment.

Experience of Oracle would be advantageous but is not essential. However what is essential is the ability to work both as part of a team and also on your own initiative, along with excellent interpersonal skills, as you will be dealing with a variety of queries from internal customers.
