Job Description

The role will involve:

  • Administering payroll
  • Dealing with queries
  • Setting up starters and Leavers
  • Advising payroll bureau on changing to salaries/ banding
  • Update, report and organise Maternity and Paternity pay
  • Manage child care voucher scheme
  • Ensuring compliance is up to date and in line with rules and regulations
  • Collating, reviewing and analysing payroll date in Excel
  • Managing overtime log

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous payroll admin experience required
  • Experience working in the NHS - ideal
  • Pro-active and professional
