About Our Client

Organisation based in Wawrwickshire are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent position.

Job Description

  • Process and issue P45s and P60s and accurately maintain records of new starters and leavers.
  • RTI processing and record keeping
  • Completing HMRC reconciliations
  • Receiving timesheet data and distributing invoices to clients
  • Developing and maintaining good working relationships with client and agency contacts
  • Processing a bespoke daily payroll for 2500+ workers including umbrella, sub-contractors and PAYE employees
  • Preparing payroll related reports and documentation, such as BACS files, payslips
  • Co-ordinating with our Finance Team to ensure an accurate, timely and cost effective payroll service

The Successful Applicant

Excellent customer service and organisational skills
Previous exposure in a payroll position
Exposure working in PAYE payroll including umbrella
Good communicator
Ability to thrive and deliver results in a team environment
