About Our Client
Our client are a well established company based in the Alfreton area. Currently recruiting for a Payroll Supervisor to join their team and assist in their growth.
- Ensure payroll processes are followed and systems maintained. On both weekly and monthly payroll systems.
- Ensure that all reporting deadlines are met.
- Ensure payroll for weekly staff is processed accurately.
- Produce daily/weekly depot statistics and costings for numerous contracts.
- Maintain sickness absence data to ensure consistency of absence procedure.
- Support site management as necessary.
- Control the site petty cash.
- Ensure sufficient consumables are held on site at all times.
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to site.
- Control site purchasing order system.
The Successful Applicant
The candidate will have worked within payroll previously and either be looking for a step up into a supervisory role or a new challenge.
Our client will also look at people with a strong Administrative Supervisor/Management background, who have a link to Finance/Payroll.
