About Our Client

Our client are a well established company based in the Alfreton area. Currently recruiting for a Payroll Supervisor to join their team and assist in their growth.

Job Description

  • Ensure payroll processes are followed and systems maintained. On both weekly and monthly payroll systems.
  • Ensure that all reporting deadlines are met.
  • Ensure payroll for weekly staff is processed accurately.
  • Produce daily/weekly depot statistics and costings for numerous contracts.
  • Maintain sickness absence data to ensure consistency of absence procedure.
  • Support site management as necessary.
  • Control the site petty cash.
  • Ensure sufficient consumables are held on site at all times.
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to site.
  • Control site purchasing order system.

The Successful Applicant

The candidate will have worked within payroll previously and either be looking for a step up into a supervisory role or a new challenge.

Our client will also look at people with a strong Administrative Supervisor/Management background, who have a link to Finance/Payroll.
