The company are a market leader in their industry and looking for someone to join their successful finance team to be responsible for the payroll, credit control and purchase ledger.

Job Description

As a Payroll/Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for, however not limited to; payroll and online submissions - month end submissions, pension and PAYE, processing BACs payments, autoenrolment, year-end P60, credit control - banking and updating ledger, daily bank reconciliations, chasing debts and updating ledger and end to end purchase ledger - processing invoices, Get authorisation for invoices, matching invoices and other general administration duties.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will;

  • Have experience using MS Excel

  • Have Sage accounting system experience

  • Have Sage payroll system experience

  • Be able to work well as a team

  • Have strong attention to detail
