About Our Client
This well established leisure company have a number of sites across the UK and due to their growth are fast becoming market leaders within their field as a result of their fantastic business model. They have made a recent acquisition with another market leader and are continuing to build upon their already prestigious reputation. The company have ambitious growth plans over the coming years and due to their growth a fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a Payments Processing Clerk to join a fantastic supportive team of 3 within Leeds City Centre.
The successful Payments Processing Clerk will be responsible for; but not limited to: daily processing of direct debit & credit card rejection files; daily reconciliations between the membership system, BACS system, cashbook & bank; daily processing of Bacs reports; daily Preparation and distribution of reports; monthly submission of recurring credit card payment files; working closely with member services to resolve member queries and minimise bounces; working closely with financial accounts team to reconcile and report on monthly revenue; General accounts and office admin; and other reasonable duties or attendance at meetings as required.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong mathematics skills - Essential
- Excellent Excel skills - Essential
- Ability to organise and manage time efficiently and effectively - Essential
- Shows enthusiasm and commitment to undertake tasks as required - Essential
