About Our Client

Our client, a large reputable organisation based in Wiltshire, is looking to recruit an immediately available PA on a temp to perm basis.

Job Description

The main responsibilities of the PA role include, but are not limited to:-

  • Manage routine administration for the Director and Team
  • Complex diary management
  • Extensive travel arrangements to include a global remit
  • Organising all car, accommodation and transfer arrangements
  • Preparing meeting packs
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Completing expenses
  • Coordinate meetings for a large team
  • High profile event and conference management
  • Minute-taking and following up action points
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • Proactively manage in-tray, daily post and emails for where required
  • Pick up diverted phone calls and take/pass on messages
  • Identify problems and find solutions.

The ideal candidate for the PA role will possess:-

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar busy role
  • Drive and ambition
  • Initiative
  • The ability to identify alternative ways to proceed
