Job Description

The main duties of the Part time HR/Employment Law Advisor will be:

  • Supporting the Head of HR and Employment Law team.
  • Producing contracts, handbooks and template letters.
  • Updating policies and procedures.
  • Providing comprehensive redundancy, disciplinary and grievance, absence management and Tupe transfer advice over the telephone and via email.
  • Supporting with company restructures and change management.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Part time HR/Employment Law Advisor will have:

  • Extensive exposure in providing Human Resources and Personnel Advice over the telephone.
  • Good understanding of Employment Legislation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of people.
  • A proven ability to produce high standard of report writing and minute taking.
  • Must have high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment.
  • Exposure of interpretation, advising and implementing policies.
  • Advanced IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Must be a car driver and hold a clean drivers license.
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified.
