About Our Client

An award winning company with an exciting opportunity for an experienced Part-time HR Officer to take ownership of the HR function of the business based in Oxfordshire.

Job Description

The successful candidate will lead the Human Resources and Personnel function and focus on the following tasks:

  • Implementation and management of all HR policy and administration
  • In addition to providing full, generalist support to the business
  • Training and development needs across the business
  • Collating and Maintaining the HR data base
  • Employee engagement Projects
  • Employee Relations case management

The Successful Applicant

  • HR experience or CIPD Qualified/HR Diploma would be a benefit
  • Excellent administrative and numerical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent PC skills - Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Able to work in a methodical and organised way
  • Excellent organisational ability and able to act on own initiative
  • The capacity to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
  • Drive, enthusiasm and commitment to achieve required results
  • Driving licence and car are also required
