This is a manufacturing provider based near Rochdale. This business is part of a global company and has a brand new Head office which is relocating from London. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and expanding business in a modern, brand new environment.

Job Description

Working 25 hours a week on a flexible basis, you will be responsible for/ have to:

  • Management of HR master data in relation to starters, leavers and changes within both electronic and manual systems plus absence data management
  • Administration of the monthly payroll submission and point of liaison with the shared services team
  • HR administration associated with the recruitment and on boarding processes inclusive of posting of vacancies on jobs site or engaging agencies to support with campaigns, applicant shortlisting and arranging interviews and assessments, issue of job offer documentation
  • Managing the annual pay review, bonus and benefits administration processes
  • Point of liaison concerning sourcing of learning and development and administration of employee sponsorship
  • Administration associated with the annual appraisal process
  • Production of HR data for reporting purposes and response to internal and external information requests
  • Management of all on site staff facilities and office supply services
  • Ad hoc office administrative support activity

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be/ have:

A background in HR Administration

Ideally a CIPD level 3 qualification/ relevant degree

Ability to work using initiative and on own

Well organised with a strong attention to detail

IT literate
