About Our Client

Our Client is a very successful company based in the Cotswold's and are looking to add an additional member to their small Finance team. The working environment is very friendly and family orientated.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities will include:
  • General administration duties
  • To Match, Batch and Code
  • To prepare invoices for posting
  • To support Managers in the creation of Purchase Orders
  • Dealing with Queries and Resolutions
  • The setting up of New Supplier Accounts
  • Filing and organisation of paperwork
  • Credit Control
  • Generic office duties

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have good attention to detail, great organisation skills and be flexible. The role will be suited to someone that wants a steady role and not someone that's seeking progression. There will be an expectation to do 20 hours per week over 4 or 5 days.
