Job Description

A part time role (5 hours per day, 25 hours per week)

Duties to include:

Purchase ledger invoice processing

Coding invoices on to Sage

Preparing report on Excel

Payroll coordination (Collating time sheets, data input, liaising with external payroll provider, printing payslips)

Checking and allocating sales ledger invoices to Sage

Bank reconciliations

Credit card payments

Reconciling Petty Cash

Assisting with credit control as required

Filing and general admin

The Successful Applicant

Excellent communication skills

Sage and Excel skills

Excellent attention to detail

Able to commit to 25 hours per week / 5 days per week
