About Our Client

My client is an IT/Telecomms business based in the City. They work with many types of businesses across the City, providing consultant services in all areas of technology.

Over the past few months, they have signed many successful large contracts, meaning that the business has grown rapidly as a consequence.

Job Description

  • Bank reconciliations for four main accounts
  • Reconciliation of subscription funds managed by third party
  • Manage sales ledger invoicing processing at month end, reconciliation and revenue journal entries
  • Helping to develop sales ledger recording process for the internal sales teams and development of salesforce reporting (CRM tool)
  • Liaising with sales teams to resolve customer credit queries in a timely manner
  • Balance sheet reconciliation controls file preparation
  • Collation and review of employee expenses
  • Preparation of tax pack for head office
  • Raising ad-hoc invoices and inter-company transactions with wider group
  • Assisting with controls reviews in line with Sarbox governance
  • Assisting with internal/external auditors
