About Our Client

Our client are a travel and tourism company looking for a part time accounts assistant to join their team based in Central London.

Job Description

The main roles and responsibilities in this part time accounts assistant role will include:

  • Raising and processing invoices
  • Entering data onto Sage
  • Preparing statutory accounts
  • Processing refunds
  • Making payments according to credit terms
  • Reconciling debit and credit cards on to a separate system
  • Managing commission

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for someone who:

  • has experience within the travel industry
  • has experience using Sage Line 50
  • is immediately available
  • is committed to part time work
  • has at least one years experience within a finance role
  • is degree educated or working towards finance qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or AAT
