About Our Client

My client is a Los Angeles founded Global Asset Management firm with 4 offices in the states as well as Hong Kong, Tokyo and London West End. The 4 person London office is a fast past sales office where they are looking for someone to support the busy execs who will often be travelling and need someone who can work autonomously.

Job Description

This is a temp to perm role as a PA/Office Manager supporting a small office of 3 Execs, duties will include diary management, extensive travel arrangements, logistics, visas and expenses. Coordinating multi time zone conference calls, preparing documents and presentations, meeting and greeting clients and organising events along with organising office supplies and contractors.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate would be a Graduate or equivalent PA/Office Manager with previously exposure to a small office environment. The PA/Office Manager will have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and priorities their work load. You will need to be a proactive team player who can demonstrate your problem solving skills and have excellent interpersonal and communication
