About Our Client

Based in central York this role offers £21-£25K. This role is based within a well established Public sector organisation, with a modern, bustling environment, offers training if required by the individual. Free on site parking is also available.

Job Description

As PA you will be able to prioritise tasks and manage and co-ordinate several diaries, ensuring there are no clashes with joint meetings. You will also organise and book meetings as well as take minutes for these.

Other duties as PA will include; answering the phone, dealing with queries over the phone and via email, action emails in the absence of the Director, arrange and book travel and accommodation, ensure all documents for meetings are prepared.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

  • Has supported to either Director or Senior Management level
  • Has worked in a previous similar role
  • Can communicate confidently and effectively with people at all levels
  • Is highly organised being able to prioritise and multi-task
