About Our Client

The Public Sector Organisation is based in Oldham and are looking for an immediately available PA to support Board Meetings and other PA duties.

Job Description

The PA will report in to the Head of Services. The PA will have a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

  • Taking minutes and recording actions at high profile meetings
  • Chasing actions post meetings
  • Writing reports from minutes taken in the meeting
  • Information management
  • Responding to Freedom of Information Requests
  • Diary management
  • Preparing agendas and meeting papers
  • Data collection

The Successful Applicant

The candidate must:

  • Previous experience of taking minutes in meetings with unfamiliar jargon
  • Audio typing skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Good communication skills
