About Our Client

Our client, a reputable not-for-profit organisation are looking for a PA to join their team on a permanent basis

Job Description

The duties of the PA include, but are not limited to:-

  • Proactively organise and manage the diary of the Director and other members of the management team required
  • Liaise with customers PA's to arrange meeting dates between internal and external stakeholders and other attendees
  • Co-ordinate all internal and external, group team and client meetings, including booking internal and external venues, facilities, refreshments etc
  • Prepare Powerpoint presentations
  • Proactively manage in-tray, daily post and emails
  • Pick up diverted phone calls and take/pass on messages
  • Own and manage the raising of PO's as required.
  • Arrange all flight, car and accommodation requests
  • Order stationery as required
  • Direct all incoming calls as required
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is ready for meetings
  • Take minutes and manage follow up of action points from management meetings

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the PA role will possess:-

  • Experience in working as a PA / admin support in a large organisation
  • Experience working at senior management/Managing Director level
  • Excellent diary management skills
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • An excellent communicator, able to adapt style to all levels of the business
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
  • Excellent written skills
