About Our Client

The client is an international financial services firm with offices across the world. They are based in lovely offices in the city and are very successful.

Job Description

You will perform a dual role. You will support the HR Director with traditional PA duties such as diary management, booking travel and meeting co-ordination. As well as this you will perform some of the HR functions. You will need to be the first point of contact for advising staff members on HR matters for example, maternity/ paternity leave. You will also be involved in the recruitment of new staff members and carrying out interviews.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has worked both within HR and also supported as a PA in HR to perform a varied and busy role.

The Successful Applicant

You will:

  • Have performed an HR role previously
  • Also have supported as a PA within an HR department
  • Be a self starter and able to be very strong at multi tasking
  • Have managed a very busy diary and booked complex travel

What's on Offer

£35,000 - £45,000 (depending on the candidate) plus bonus and benefits
