About Our Client

Our client, a large corporate organisation based in Bristol City Centre are looking to recruit an immediately available PA to join their expanding team

Job Description

The duties of the PA include, but are not limited to:-

  • Manage diary(ies), arrange and prioritise appointments and organise meetings, events and conferences

  • Respond to correspondence without reference

  • Research and interpret information

  • Answer telephone calls, ascertain their nature and importance, and resolves a range of enquiries

  • Manage all inward correspondence, deciding on priorities/actions

  • Compile reports, provide management information and, possibly, make recommendations

  • Project work

  • Prepare/produce a wide range of correspondence, forms, records and reports and other material

  • Carries out other duties at a similar or lower level to assist in the overall performance of the team

  • Maintain filing systems for office correspondence

  • Organise travel arrangements in the UK and occasionally overseas

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the role of PA will:-

  • Demonstrates professional behaviour whilst carrying out all aspects of role.

  • Manage themselves to ensure adherence to risk and compliance policies and relevant external regulatory frameworks.

  • Contribute to the design, development and specification of new or revised processes, procedures and systems.

  • Support change in order to achieve continuous improvement.

A competitive salary plus benefits is on offer for the ideal candidate. A knowledge of financial services or a corporate background in a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential.
