About Our Client

Exciting Opportunity for you to work for a Fast Growing, top player in their field, this role is a great opportunity for a PA to work in a different type of environment and really lay their stamp on a role.

Job Description

This role will be a central function in the running and operations of the business, you will be PA to the CEO and a board of Executive Directors, being a pivotal point of contact and response your role will require you to:

  • Undertake complex diary management for the CEO and other Board members.
  • Prepare and check outgoing internal and external correspondence and reports, including sensitive and confidential material.
  • Prioritise and monitor incoming post, e-mails, phone calls, etc. and chase up outstanding action, and to personally deal with routine issues to ensure responses.
  • Deliver a high level of customer care, acting as a first point of contact, dealing with enquiries and messages and meeting visitors when appropriate
  • Manage the CEO's office in his / her absence, ensuring all urgent or important issues are passed on and dealt with appropriately.
  • Collate and research information when required.
  • Organise Board meetings, and to organise other meetings as appropriate, assembling relevant documents.
  • Organise external visits, meetings and speaking engagements and coordinate briefing and material, and make travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Attend and take minutes and action notes at meetings when required and deal with any follow up action.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

  • A strong working knowledge of IT packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Enthusiasm and drive to deliver results to consistently high standards, showing a structured approach and a great eye for detail
  • Ability to build supportive , professional relationships with others
  • To work consistently to understand department needs and find ways to improve value and service
  • To develop practical solutions that effectively address day to day problems
  • Experience of collating and analysing information to a high degree of accuracy
  • The ability to plan and organise, providing support with efficiency and effectiveness
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Must have significant experience as a Secretary/PA
