My client is an exciting Vintage Fashion retailer, based up in North London. They have an excellent selection of menswear, womenswear and accessories on a host of online outlets.

Job Description

The role of PA and Office Manager role will entail:

    • Handle confidential, valuable and personal information discreetly. Organise Director diaries, meetings, travel arrangements. Organise director's expenses and special projects as appropriate. Organise and update contracts as required.
    • Organise team events, parties, outings, strategy events, enrichment programmes, company memberships supporting the staff developmen. Organise charitable events to support the corporate social responsibility strategy.
    • New Starter Organisation
    • Occasional driving of VIP's and or Directors, organisation of customer meetings at the office and elsewhere when needed with refreshments. Meeting room booking where necessary.
    • Organisation of newsletters, internal business briefing data, share drive company information for all staff.
    • Provide up to date secure digital support and administrative organisation for: Meetings, messages, calls, systems, process improvement, staff related issues such as staff handbook and related policies, holiday records and planning, sickness and attendance records, health, safety and risk monitoring and control
    • Organisation of press requests, press releases, shoot samples from time to time, public company statements for the website(s), social media support as needed.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the role if PA and Office Manager role must have:

  • Microsoft Office (Essential)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Expertise in a PA or Office Manager Role Knowledge or experience of fashion retail or fashion manufacturing
  • Adobe Creative Suite (An advantage but not essential)
  • Warm friendly personality
  • Self motivated, detailed and task orientated approach
  • An interest in recycling and vintage goods
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Efficient, thorough and can work fast
  • A team player
  • Enjoys a vibrant and busy office culture
  • Handles pressure well staying calm
  • Flexible approach
  • Able to prioritise
  • Able to multi task
