About Our Client

My client is a leading international manufacturing company, with service and sales networks in over 100 companies.

Job Description

  • To lead and manage the team to ensure the smooth and effective administration of National Accounts Operations
  • Manage consistency of processes from order to delivery and invoicing
  • Ensure the effective and accurate loading and management of contacts and products throughout their life
  • Ensure lean processes exist to enable third party suppliers to deliver their committed service levels at the right cost
  • Ensure all processes are accurately mapped and understood by the team
  • Provide the appropriate training for members of the team
  • Work closely with account managers, contract manager and relevant Basingstoke departments to review customer requirements and prevent potential issues arising
  • Be responsible for the smooth delivery of customer orders and level of National Accounts working capital

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have experience of working within an Operations Manager role, or somebody who has excelled within a Team Leader of Supervisory role, ideally within an administrative function

They will have proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the working environment

Ability to work under pressure in a target driven environment
