Job Description

  • To be a part of the Control operations team, managing key performance indicator reporting, act as a key person for data overview, responsible for Surveys reporting and their output, managing reporting quality of the operation incl. improvement follow up
  • Key focus to drive efficient operation of KPIs reporting and related improvements follow up incl. monitoring trends for surveys, collating reporting for the Service team
  • This role requires the holder to have determination and understanding of service operation, ability to develop strong business relationships with internal and external stake holders
  • Analytics skills and orientation to the detail is a must for successful coordination dedicated area of Control operations.
  • Supporting data harvesting - general KPIs progress status incl. alerting risks and trends

  • Acting as a team member of Control operation - preparing data, monitoring key performance indicators, ability to identify efficiency trends where targets are not being met to improve in timely manners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing KPIs performance database - securing up to date data
  • Focusing on Surveys outputs and seeking opportunities to improve operation
  • Reporting towards other Service departments opportunity for improvements with recommendations and trends
  • Act as key contact person for outsourced surveys partner
  • Monitoring quality of the analysis and timely follow up incl. creating of best practises
  • Sense checking of health of operation by in depth analysis of data and seeking opportunities to improve
  • General support of Service operation administration as per management needs

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven previous experience in customer services / Operations - Administration environment
  • Statistical Analysis experience
  • Advanced in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Tenacious approach to problem solving
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and to challenging timelines
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multi task and effectively prioritise
  • Flexibility
  • SAP experience
