About Our Client

An international charity that undertake scientific research and campaign to raise awareness of major environmental issues.

They are based in the City of London close to a number of different transport links.

They are keen to bring in and develop a candidate looking to further their career in Office Services and will sponsor them through qualifications from the British Institute of Facilities Management.

Job Description

The main duties of the role will include:

  • Maintain office equipment and inducting new starters on their use
  • Assisting with the financial processes around team budgets and spend
  • Support the Office Services Manager on various projects and office related tasks
  • Take the lead on various health and safety duties
  • Provide cover on reception, greeting visitors and signing them in

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience and an understanding of general office admin and reception work
  • Degree level education or relevant experience
  • Understanding of health and safety procedures
  • A desire to develop a career in office services and facilities management
