Job Description

  • Co-ordinate meetings with staff and customers
  • Keeps absence and expense records
  • General administrative support
  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Prepare documentation and reports
  • Work of a confidential or complex nature
  • Exposure to sensitive information and contacts requiring considerable discretion, judgment, and practical knowledge of practices and procedures of general company policies
  • Answers and screens telephone calls and visitors
  • Performs work processing assignments, proofreads, and prepares general reports
    • Prepares charts, graphs and tables (powerpoint/excel/word skill requirements)
    • Compilation of basic information for reports and presentation materials
    • Assists in collation of weekly business reports
  • Sets up and maintains files
  • Review and assist in managing mail/e-mail
  • May have contact with companies, organisations, or individuals from outside the company for co-ordination purposes.

What's on Offer
