Job Description

The office Manager role will involve:

Managing & Maintaining a team of 5 telesales individuals.

Provide sales support to the team where needed.

Occasionally talking to clients with inbound inquiries.

Order processing.

Support the team in growing the sales pipeline.

Organise the day to day running of the office.

Working well with others.

Being comfortable in a hands on environment.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Candidate will have the following background:

Call Centre experience in a Team Leader position or above.

Experience in Managing individuals.

Thrives on working within a close knit fast paced environment.

Comfortable working in an autonomous role.
