About Our Client

A pioneer provider of cloud-based managed data services, My client delivers highly customised financial data over the internet.

Job Description

  • Ensure that the London office facilities are maintained in line with the business needs and are compliant with health and safety requirements
  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms, coordinating attendees and calendars
  • Booking flights and accommodation for RIMES staff, organising courier shipments
  • Provide other secretarial and administrative support to all internal departments and other Office Administrators in the U.S. and EMEA offices
  • Working with the sales and commercial team to process client agreements in a timely manner, organising meetings and taking minutes of meetings
  • Assisting the HR team with employee on-boarding/off-boarding for a number of RIMES locations, providing administrative inductions
  • Ongoing maintenance of seating charts, global employee lists, phone directories
  • Checking of monthly invoices: reviewing suppliers and service providers periodically and researching more economical alternatives
  • Organisation of company events throughout the year

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record of excellent office and facilities management
  • Proficient in all MS Office packages - esp. Excel
  • Have some basic finance experience
