Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit a bright and enthusiastic candidate, to work as an Office Junior. The role would be ideal for someone who is looking for their first permanent job, in a medium sized firm. Your duties will include:

  • Franking the post
  • Scanning and shredding documents
  • Organising the stationery cupboard
  • Ensuring the kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea and is kept tidy
  • Assisting with in-house events - setting up rooms and organising catering
  • Covering Reception - meeting and greeting visitors, answering the phone, directing calls, taking messages and booking meeting rooms

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Have some office experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational and multi tasking skills
  • Be a good team player
  • Willingness to learn
  • A "Can Do" attitude
  • Good IT skills

What's on Offer

On offer is a salary £16,000 - £18,000 + 25 days holiday (with the ability to buy or sell up to 5 days), season ticket loan, private health care. Hours 09:00 - 17:30
