About Our Client

My client is a prominent business owner in the Leicestershire area.

Job Description

As the Office Administrator you will be working in a small, friendly office. As part of your role, you will be answering incoming calls, taking messages, overseeing the maintenance of the property portfolio, including the business owners private residence. You will keep the office diary up to date with key dates and ensure that all service certificates etc are filed correctly.

You will also liaise closely with the managing agents of the property to ensure all property gas safety certificates etc are updated and occassionally performance routine visits.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Office Administrator role MUST:

  • Have worked in an Admin and Secretarial support role
  • Be highly personable, discreet and confidential
  • Be confident liaising with a variety of individuals including the business owner and family
  • Work 15-20 hours per week
