My client is a fantastic local brand in the Birmingham/ West Midlands area.

Job Description

As the Office Administrator you will be providing administrative support to the Director of the business, including international travel booking, diary management and coordination of meetings. Alongside this you will be working on the busy reception desk, answering all calls, handling the post and meeting and greeting all visitors coming into the office.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Office Administrator MUST:

  • Have worked in an Admin and Secretarial previously
  • Be confident working in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Be highly resilient and able to effectively prioritise a busy workload
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, via letter, email and telephone
  • Work well as part of a team
