The client is a large reputable NHS company boasting beautifully situated London offices with an enthusiastic, friendly finance team. The successful candidate will report in to the Sales Ledger Supervisor on a weekly basis.

Job Description

The NHS Band 4 Sales Ledger Clerk will be required to:

  • raise a high volume of invoices and inputting them onto the house system
  • be vigilant in ensuring prices are correct and any discounts are applied
  • allocate cash accordingly
  • raising and dispatching credit notes
  • communicate effectively with credit control
  • occasionally liaise with credit control in chasing outstanding payments
  • banking and reconciliation
  • adhoc administrative tasks

The successful candidate will posses the following qualities:

  • recent, relevant Sales Ledger experience
  • experience in the NHS
  • immediately available
  • available to work in London
  • hardworking
  • team player
  • good work ethic
  • looking for a temporary contract
