Our client is a leading Nationwide building and construction provider of integrated Facilities Management services.

The work on this contract will involve PPM in accordance with set schedules and response to the requirements of reactive maintenance in Reading.
You will be the day to day face of the organisation liaising with clients, making customer service a key part of the role. Working within a small team the multi skilled Engineer will ultimately be responsible for the maintenance of a tier 2 Data Centre, the successful candidate will operate the Critical Environment Management Procedures ensuring that the client's service level agreements are kept. The role will require some elements of installation works within the facility and a flexible approach to mechanical and fabric works as and when necessary. A working knowledge of Data Centres activities would be an advantage.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate is required to come from a building services background and have experience working for a Facilities management Service provider.
You will be flexible and be comfortable in a client facing environment. The role is ideally suited to an experienced, commercially driven multi skilled Engineer.
Candidates must hold relevant industry qualifications:
- 17th Edition IEE Regulations
- Appropriate knowledge of Health and Safety and environmental requirements related to delivery of the assigned tasks
- Plumbing/Fabric skills would be desirable
- Full Driving Licence
- The successful candidate will also be put on a personal development plan offering additional training and development.
What's on Offer
£27,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.
Van, PDA and Mobile Provided.
Overtime and call out available.
