Job Description


  • Work closely with Senior Consultants in the BD/marketing function of the TAG team
  • To provide administrative support primarily in business development and client communication activities
  • Co-ordination of internal and external meetings, checking attendee availability, booking rooms and equipment in our London offices, arranging video and telephone conference calls
  • Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels


  • On boarding members - ensure new members are properly on boarded including entering details , flagging to correct mailing lists, invoices are sent in a timely manner
    • Work with the client billing team to draft invoices and produce covering letters for signature
  • Maintain database of client contacts and prospective members, and their reporting requirements using the CIS, ensure contact details are kept up to date on a weekly basis
    • Create email mailing lists, and ensure they are checked for accuracy
  • Event management - organise roundtable events, topical days and prospect dinners, attend events in London and in greater London area as required, set-up/tear down pre and post event and provide admin support
  • Build, develop and maintain relationships with members at all levels
  • Other - respond to member general enquires, for example on events, website functionality within 24 hours


    • Website - act as site administrator for th website. This entails drafting web forms, getting them reviewed, uploading content in a timely manner. Also ensure documents are uploaded to website as necessary and ensure forms are correctly filled in
    • Member communication
      • e-alerts - drive the e-alert process: fill in relevant forms/admin, liaise with Central Marketing, produce initial drafts for e-alerts, get approved by the team and ensure e-alerts are sent out
      • Driving other general member communication as necessary, for example upcoming events by drafting communication, getting it through approval process and sending out
    • Budgets - track expenses on a weekly, produce a quarterly and annual report on expenses
    • Brand compliance - format documents and communication in Word, PowerPoint, and email; ensure they are client ready and brand compliant
    • Collateral - help produce brochures/reports by liaising with Marketing team and/or suppliers, then with the team to get things produced in a timely manner, maintain filing system and monitor adherence to procedures
    • Admin support - provide some administrative support - mainly expense claims, some travel bookings,

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven administrative experience gained within a large corporate environment
  • Self starter with initiative and a can-do attitude, able to work autonomously with minimal supervision; results oriented
  • Pro-active, efficient, responsive and a good team player with excellent people skills
  • Proven ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks to successfully meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient and confident in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; a quick learner of online tools and systems. Website and CRM administration experience would also be an advantage
  • Knowledge and some expertise in using social media, especially LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter

The ability to work outside core business hours from time to time
