Job Description

Reporting to the Operating Director you will be responsible for leading an existing team and growing this team. You will drive forward temp and perm revenue to ensure an increase year on year. You will act as a number 2 to the Operating Director and will be responsible for accurate forecasting for the team. You will monitor and set weekly and monthly KPI's and review on a weekly basis. You will conduct half yearly appraisals and support the business planning process. You will drive consultants forwards in terms of performance by supporting them as they work towards promotional targets. You will support the Operating Director in the generation of potential new hires in order to grow the team and be actively involved in the recruitment process. Your day to day duties will include conducting team meetings and sales reviews, ensuring daily processes are being followed and identifying new business development opportunities for you and your team. You will lead from the front in terms of generating your own revenue and offer support, guidance and coaching to your team.

  • Proven track record of mentoring/managing two or more recruitment consultants
  • Keen to develop into a more senior role in the future
  • Passionate about developing staff and reviewing performance
  • Willingness to take on further duties
  • Experience of developing staff through KPI's and commercial review
  • Able to lead from the front at all times in terms of personal revenue and day to day activity
