About Our Client

My client is looking for a Management Development Consultant to join their L&D team in Bristol.

Job Description

Job Purpose:

To design, deliver and evaluate coaching, leadership and management development solutions that build the capability of our management team to impact on succession planning, talent management and business performance.

Duties include:

  • Support the implementation of and continuous improve the coaching framework for all employees
  • Conduct leadership and management capability gap analysis
  • Design forward thinking leadership courses
  • Coordinate and deliver leadership and management development training for aspiring and existing managers

The Successful Applicant

My client is looking for an experienced trainer who can design deliver and evaluate training. The ideal candidate will have previously developed training for leadership and development and will be highly experienced at designing their own material.
