About Our Client

I am currently recruiting a Management Development Advisor for a large Transportation company based in Birmingham.

Job Description

The Management Development Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the annual performance process
  • Liaising with the group on Leadership and development training needs
  • Arranging suitable training courses for employees
  • Providing support to the Trade Union learning representatives
  • Coordinating the apprenticeship and graduate scheme
  • Meeting with potential training suppliers
  • Managing the e learning platform
  • Developing and building strong relationships with managers
  • Supporting the Employee HR Project Manager on relevant projects
  • Producing reports
  • Arranging relevant leadership training for employees and line managers

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Management Development Advisor will have:

  • Ability to manage a high and complex workload
  • Knowledge of sourcing suitable training suppliers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Qualifications in HR and/or training
  • Good attention to detail
  • Exposure in Human Resources and Personnel
  • Competent in Microsoft packages

What's on Offer

£30,000 to £32,000 depending on candidate
