About Our Client

Our client is a global business with their head office in Glasgow

Job Description

The role will entail but won't be exclusive to

- Diary management

- Meeting preparation including preparation of room, catering and technical equipment etc.

- Extensive travel organisation, both domestic and international, including organisation of required visas/documentation and inoculations

- Occasional project work as required by the Heads of Departments

- Preparation of Expenses

You will be looking after up to 6 Directors and your time will be spread between them

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate requires as a minimum

- Experience of providing a professional admin service to a number of Directors

- Experience of organising complex travel itineraries.

- Highly computer literate.

- Confidence of the management team, respected inside and outside the business

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to identify the critical issues and prioritise appropriately.

- Experience of supervising other administrative staff.

- Extensive Powerpoint experience

This role will suit someone who is hoping to make the move to a PA role in the future as this will give a good exposure to working with Directors of a global firm
