Job Description

  • Reporting directly to the Financial Controller
  • Accounts Payable - entering, authorisation, payment preparation
  • Company Credit Card
  • Petty Cash
  • Bank transaction entry and reconciliation
  • Staff Expenses
  • Control of OPEX budget (office expenses)
  • Month end report - P&L/BS/TB/Consolidation
  • BS reconciliations
  • OPEX Variance analysis
  • A&P invoice entry
  • Business Partnering
  • Support and provision calculations
  • Management/agent reporting
  • Control and reconciliation of line items
  • Inter-company reconciliations
  • Sales Reports/Line item reconciliations
  • Maintaining Budget files and rates
  • Assist FC in completing OPEX budget and forecasts

The Successful Applicant

  • Part qualified in either ACCA/ CIMA
  • SAP experience - desirable
  • Local to Richmond
  • Excel - Pivot tables & V look ups
