About Our Client

My client is a reputable Logistics company based in Hayes.

Job Description

This role will include the following responsibilities:

  • To ensure 100% accuracy invoicing / accounting, AS400 control, Freight Forwarding & warehouse administration
  • To report any problems / irregularities to the Administration Supervisor as soon as possible
  • Maintain accurate recording of accounting, invoicing and operational inventory on both branch files and AS400
  • Accurately record daily inventory to ensure end of month invoicing is correct without error.
  • Ensure invoicing is carried out accurately, without error, and within the end of month time frames.
  • Effectively communicate daily requirements with customer
  • Liaise with staff and Supervisors to ensure effective communication regarding the day to day operation
  • Ensure all tasks are completed correctly and on time within the boundaries of customer delivery requirements
  • Ensure an accurate inventory is maintained. Communicate irregularities effectively
  • Liaise with the Admin Supervisor of any part supply issues and or adhoc customer requests

The candidate must have:

  • Good communications skills
  • Be able to work within a team
  • Have good Excel skills
  • Be organised
  • Invoice processing skills
