About Our Client

Job Description

  • Draft standard documents and letters as required for the department, demonstrating good use of grammar and spelling
  • Undertake file management duties: opening files, completing conflict searches and anti-money laundering checks, daily filing and file archiving
  • Prepare fee notes using the Elite billing system
  • Audio type non-standard documents, letters and copy type a range of documents, taking responsibility for collating correspondence and enclosures
  • Maintain diaries, make appointments and travel arrangements
  • Arrange payments on behalf of clients in accordance with the firm's procedures
  • Receive and make telephone messages and calls and relay information quickly and accurately
  • Photocopy, scan and undertake general document management in line with the firm's policies and procedures
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and develop knowledge of the firm's clients and their business

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrate good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Possess a good knowledge of document management
  • Have fast and accurate typing using the Winscribe system with good attention to detail
  • Be highly professional with a drive to achieve high standards
  • Be a team worker who can also work using your own initiative
