Job Description

The Learning Management Systems Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Providing support with the initial implementation of the LMS
  • Managing the creation and maintenance of user accounts on the system
  • Providing a first point of contact on all LMS issues, to internal end users of the system and to the system hosting and support provider
  • Produce accurate, reliable and well presented reports of system activity to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective use of the system globally
  • Maintain and develop the LMS to ensure continuous improvement to the system

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Learning Management Systems Administrator will have:

  • Knowledge of elearning
  • Experience of dealing with internal and external customers, ideally in a global business
  • Excellent customer service and team working skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive, forward thinking with a 'can-do' approach to challenge
  • Self-motivated with a keen eye for attention to detail and an ability to meet deadline
  • Qualifications in HR and/or training administration or elearning would be an advantage but are not essential
