About Our Client

A profressional services business based in York.

Job Description

  • Working closely with the business to identify and evaluate the success of your learning and development initiatives and needs.
  • Developing E - Learning material as required.
  • Delivering soft skills training incorporating effective and dynamic communication as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records including HR data management system as well as extensive use of Excel.
  • Design, coordinate and deliver training interventions to a high standard.
  • Manage the training evaluation process ensuring feedback is collated in a timely manner.
  • Effectively communicate with and manage stakeholders.
  • To manage all resources for the training event including room bookings and technology.
  • Induction delivery.
  • To undertake any other tasks as deemed relevant and reasonable by the business.

The Successful Applicant

  • Have previously worked as an Learning & Development Advisor
  • Have previously delivered the full training cycle identify, design, deliver, evaluate
  • Have previously delivered systems, soft skills, induction training
  • Have the ability to communicate with stakeholders
  • Have excellent delivery skills

What's on Offer

Salary £17,000 - £22,000k per annum
