Our client are currently going through an exciting transformation hence why they are looking to grow their Learning and Development function and permanently recruit a Learning and Development Co-ordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supporting Learning and Development initiatives

Responsible for the logistical arrangements for training courses including finding relevant dates and liaising with training providers and internal stakeholders

  • Supporting the OD and Change Manager with researching new L&D initiatives
  • Assisting in the identification of training needs based upon annual objective process
  • Marketing training courses internally and monitoring attendance
  • Manage the L&D booking process, providing support to staff
  • Maintain L&D database of courses
  • Gathering feedback and writing up training evaluations
  • Preparing management information on training events to help shape future planning and measure impact of learning initiatives
  • Be the first port of call for all L&D queries

The Successful Applicant

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Some L&D experience desirable
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and manage expectations appropriately
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple work streams simultaneously
  • Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders
