About Our Client
The client is a global and growing facilities management company, with operations across Europe.
To supervise and lead the Reception team within the building
Set and lead fixed FoH planning and information sharing sessions to ensure joined up and inclusive decision making and preparation.
Personnel management and leadership including the planning and delivery of shift patterns, development training and succession planning.
Weekly meeting attendance with all hard and soft service team leaders.
Ensure the customer relationship is managed to it's best extent and that requests are delivered to satisfaction in all instances.
Meet and greet all visitors to the space and assist those visitors in connecting them with their hosts or partners.
Manage the reception and adjoining client facing areas and in all instances maintain a warm, courteous, calm and presentable environment and experience.
Manage the reception and seating areas so that they remain presentable and pleasant to use. Equipment and area checks should take place including any decorations, signage, lighting, literature, refreshments and product displays and information
Provide general administration and logistical support to the Facilities Coordinator and other line managers as necessary.
Oversee the assignment of all work tickets via the client's facilities support request system.
The Successful Applicant
A minimum of 3 years experience in a head concierge or FoH role within a similar environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to supervise teams of individuals from a wide variety of social and educational backgrounds.
Ability to handle multiple requests and work in a fast paced and often demanding environment.
A sensitive, intuitive and proactive individual who leads the team with care, concern and strength.
Ability to accurately complete tasks, assignments and responsibilities in a timely manner.
Dependable and flexible, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsive to customer requests in an emphatic, supportive and productive manner.
Possess a high level of IT literacy.
What's on Offer
Between £23000 and £30000 is on offer to the right candidate, commensurate with experience and ability.
