About Our Client

Our client are looking for a candidate who is happy to work on the phone / has experience working on the phone.

They are specifically looking for someone who is enthusiastic and keen to learn.

They are based in the IT sector and this will mainly be a customer service role.

Job Description

This position, Junior Customer Service Credit Controller, is a phone focused position however no prior experience in credit control is required:

- Liaising with customers on a daily basis

- Comfortable on the phone

- Happy to receive in-going and outgoing calls at high volume

- Dealing with 80 customers per day

- Dealing with customer queries

- Commuting to the City of London

- Accountancy Sector

- Temporary role to begin with, with the view to go permanent after a 6 month probation period

The Successful Applicant

The candidate we are looking for must be immediately available or on a 1 week notice period (Junior Customer Service Credit Controller).

The candidate must have some customer service/experience working in a phone focused role.

The candidate must also happy to work in a team of 13 for an SME.
