About Our Client
Well established and growing Organisation.
Key responsibilities of the Internal Recruiter will consist of the following:
-Take the lead on all Recruitment and administration associated.
-Recording and reporting on processes and keeping the system updated on progress.
-Liaising with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and putting together requirements
-Sourcing suitable candidate, utilising numerous means: Job Boards, Database, referrals.
-Shortlisting applicants and conducting briefing calls with applicants.
-Advertising positions on suitable job boards.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have fast paced recruitment experience, either in house or agency and will be available on short notice and happy to commit to a temporary assignment for a minimum duration of 8 weeks.
